Thanks for pointing out the pictures! It's a Wrought Iron Bridge Co. Bowstring from the mid 1870s. The tubes/columns are Keystone rather than Phoenix. You can tell by the flat surfaces on the cross section.

Pretty sure this is a phoenix bridge company bowstring, its on a random driveway in PA. There is a link to a flickr photo.
