Okay, my apologies for jumping the gun and editing the bridge to say it wasn't a cantilever truss, just didn't appear to be one at first. Now that I actually read the HAER report and look at the bridge I see how it is (was) in fact a cantilevered structure.

Just an FYI this bridge is schedule for implosion on 5/6/09
