Sounds good. If you find out that a bridge has been replaced, restored, or bypassed please let us know.
thanks robert for the information you gave me.i will get in touch with the appropriate agencies that own or are in charge of the bridges.i thought the information bridgehunters had is recent.thanks again and if i get any information on bridges i will print it.
Hi George. Because Bridgehunter is a privately run website, we don't automatically get status updates. We do try and update bridges as soon as we find out new information though. If you are a contributor here, you can click on the import from NBI button. This will give you the report from the last inspection but it might be as much as 2 years old or even older for abandoned bridges. Normally, James adds this information automatically.
If you want the very latest information then the best way to find out is usually to contact the county, state, city, or township that has jurisdiction over the bridge.
is this cantilevered through truss bridge still listed as structurally deficient?
It is a truss bridge. With an arch for good looks.
