Through truss bridge over Sallisaw Creek on KCS Railroad Spur to Marble Quarry in Marble City

Marble City, Sequoyah County, Oklahoma
History
This bridge was originally located at Ft. Smith, Arkansas across the Poteau River. When this route flooded in the 1940's the branch line was abandoned and this bridge was moved to Marble City.

The railroad track is owned by the lime mine. KCS wouldn't cross it without a rebuilding. The line is in service by a short line trailroad company.
