Kiamichi River Bridge[Map] Through truss bridge over Kiamichi River on 4044C. This appears to be a span from a Warren deck truss bridge, repurposed as a through truss. Very unusual design for a through truss. Open to traffic Built ca. 1940
Long Creek[Map] Bridge over Long Creek on E146/CR159/Saloniaa Road/4030C NBI shows this as 1940, but I think that bridge washed out and was replaced by this portable military surplus bridge
Midland Valley - Poteau River Bridge[Map] Abandoned bridge. Originally carried Midland Valley Railroad, later county road over Poteau River, now abandoned. Wood deck remains on 1/2 of the bridge, then a gate and no deck beyond. Very large trestle approach (unphotographed) on East side. Abandoned Built 1903

Poteau River Bridge at Pocola[Map] Abandoned through truss bridge over Poteau River used to carry Karl Street/Old Pocola Road in Pocola Abandoned This bridge with west approach removed is now bypassed by a modern bridge. The appearance suggests a build date prior to 1920.
Poteau River Cut Off Bridge[Map] Through truss bridge over Poteau River Cut Off on E1370, which "may" be private now. Open to traffic This bridge may be a repurposed Railroad truss from the 19th century. It has the appearance of one. The piers do not appear to be near as old as the bridge.
Poteau River Iron Bridge (Beale Bridge) 1860 Lost Iron through truss bridge (possibly Bowstring design) over Poteau River on Beale Road No longer exists Built in 1860 as part of the Beale road project funded by the federal government.
