I know that bridge well. I was part of the 2004 crash and almost lost my life.

Dishonorable mention to the driver who broke it.

Did some looking around to find some more info and some photos of the bridge and came across a page about the bridge on the Marion Co. Engineer website. The bridge has been repaired and reopened after a 2004 vehicle crash caused damage to the bridge, but is slated for replacement in 2010.
