East Main Street Bridge
Posted October 29, 2009, by Martin Davis (martindavis57 [at] yahoo [dot] com)

This bridge was once scheduled for replacement, but the Licking County Engineer opted for a thorough rehabilitation instead due to its historic character and exceptionally high load capacity for its era (it was designed to carry light rail traffic, either streetcars or interurbans). This relatively recent work accounts for its excellent condition.
