the covered bridge no longer exist it is a steel bridge just like the ones in the other two pics !

These 2 pony bridges are probably too new to be of interest, but they're still more interesting than a concrete bridge. Enjoyable to be expecting a covered bridge and get the metal bridges as well. (buy 1, get 2 free)

If you zoom in on this map of the Johnson CB, you see the river crossing Johnson Rd both SW & NE of the covered bridge. The white bridge is over the SW crossing & the other bridge is over the NE crossing.

I don't know when Bill E. visited the bridge to find it closed. I was there 6/2/12, and am happy to report that it's open now.
