Purple Heart Bridge

The Ft Defiance Bridge is now called the Purple Heart Bridge. The new bridge opened December 2, 2019.

Clinton Street Bridge

The railroad bridge is of a different design (Pratt) than Clinton Street (Looks like a Whipple.)

This is not the Clinton street bridge, it is the rail road bridge (abandoned) west of it 2 or 3 blocks. Note the train cars in your picture on a "street" bridge???
