Tinkers Creek OH 14 Bridge
Posted February 5, 2012, by Janis Ford (jford3 [at] columbus [dot] rr [dot] com)

2/5/12 - I was by this bridge today as I left Viaduct Park. I really think it is on Union St., rather than OH-14 (Broadway). Taken from the Union St. side, it looked like a stone arch to me. Along with the same pipe in the photo from the bridge inventory. From the Taylor Rd side, it looks concrete. I couldn't see a good way to get a better photo.
