Maybe it was an error. In Ohio 1900 means they have no clue when it was built. I checked the Historic Bridge Inventory and there is no listing for a bridge with this SFN, nor the previous SFN for this crossing.

When I looked up the NBI it has functionally obsolete steel stringer built in 1900 at this location. Photo is stringer. Not sure if pony truss ever existed at this location.
