Tony- I thought that at first but there's the Mary Smith Hill Road Bridge (Old) BH 93191 in town of the same vintage. If you can find out any more I'll edit accordingly.

Geoff,

This bridge was most likely across the Beaver Kill. Shin Creek is a smaller stream than what is shown in the image, and this was a decent sized Pratt pony.
