Wow, it lasted 21 years before being closed....that's pretty pathetic

This is a 1998 welded pony that has replaced the 1908 bridge utilizing the old substructure. NBI will normally show the earlier date when that happens.

It's not clear whether it was a rehab of the 1908 bridge in 1998 or a new bridge. The newspaper article talks about replacing it now.
