Description

The "Burt Trestle" is now abandoned. I vaguely remember box cars being in the area when I was a kid (the 1960's). The rails and handrails have been removed. There are date nails indicating "1937" in most of the ties. It's tough to get a good photograph from water level because of all the trees and bushes.
