DH - Port Henry Tunnels
Photos
IMG_3387 | by Russ Nelson
D&H Tunnel on the north side of Port Henry, NY. After trains got larger, they found it easier to create a right-of-way on the shore of Lake Champlain, than enlarge the tunnel. Hard rock tunnel -- no portal needed.
