Description 

The bridge was designed by Morris Goodkind, and originally called the College Bridge. It was renamed in 1969 in honor of Mr. Goodkind. the second span, which carries southbound traffic, was designed by Morris's son Donald. It was completed in 1974, and renamed the donald Goodkind bridge in 2004.
