Description

This pedestrian bridge was constructed in 2015 in order to connect the Piscataquog Rail-Trail with the Merrimack River Heritage Trail (Manchester Riverwalk), as the two trails were previously disjointed by the presence of the Piscataquog River and the Kelley's Falls Dam. The modern Pratt pony truss pedestrian bridge crosses the river just above the dam waterfall and offers some of the best views of the nearby Nazaire Biron Bridge on Kelley Street.
