Railroad Overpass Bridge
Posted March 17, 2007, by Tom S. (thomass [at] nc [dot] rr [dot] com)

The North Carolina Railroad Company (the State of North Carolina) who owns this bridge, wants to replace this bridge.

The existing bridge over Highway 87 is restricted for double-stack loads.

Status: Under design.

The following pictures were taken March 17, 2007. There is a picture looking East through the bridge. A picture of the Builder Plate. A picture looking north from the East side of Highway 87.
