Lost through plate girder bridge over Interstate 55 and Little Rock Road on the BNSF Railroad
Location
St. Louis County, Missouri
Status
Replaced by a new railroad bridge in conjunction with widening of the interstate
History
Built in 1965. This bridge was painted gray and had a catwalk on the southern face, part of catwalk destroyed in a train derailment. Replaced by a new bridge in 1997 in conjunction with widening of the interstate.
