An almost exact duplicate of this bridge also exists at the crossing over Laclede Station Road a little further to the west. Like this Shrewsbury BNSF RR overpass, it also has the year of construction - 1967 - appearing four times on the bridge's center pier. Unfortunately, it was not possible to get a deck view that day I took the pictures because of all the trees and growth on the embankments, and for as far as I could see around the span.
Glad you liked the photos. Unfortunately I have no way to get to th location where the BNSF crosses I-270 attm, I have to put that on my wish list.
