Kirkwood Railroad Overpass
Posted December 13, 2008, by JZ (Zoomjz [at] aol [dot] com)

This bridge is between Madison and Argonne avenues near City Hall and the Amtrak station. When a train is going through the UP crossing on Kirkwood Road, signs at the stoplights on Kirkwood Road at Madison Avenue and Argonne Avenue light up and say "Use overpass-1 block."
