City decided to replaced rather than repair, May 2015. Being removed now. A number of residents use this street to access a remote part of Hannibal.

According to the article above, and confirmed by Photo #13, the replacement bridge will be a Bailey pony truss, manufactured by Acrow. At least it's a metal pony truss, like its much better-looking, historic predecessor.

I have to think this bridge could have been saved, given a little TLC and paint.
