Big River Route Y Bridge

I, along with my son, was on site the evening the old bridge was blasted and dropped. What a sad day to lose such a piece of art. I was working at the Missouri Department of transportation during the construction of the replacement bridge, realignment of the roadway (Highway Y), and the demolition and removal of the replaced bridge.
