Lakeside Park Swinging Bridge

Description 

Construction on the park began in 1895. The bridge was built in 1909 to allow pedestrians to cross a small lake on Center Creek as part of an amusement park. The park was mainly on the south bank but the children's playground and baseball field were on the north. Said to have been destroyed by a flood in the 1940s.
