This bridge offers river access as you can see by the photo. All MoDot Right A Way is public property and anyone can walk on it. There is a small area to park and you can simply walk out under the bridge for legal fishing, camping, or canoe launch. The joining property owner has from time to time attempted to block this access with an illegal fence on state property. MoDot does not approve of this and is taking steps to have the fence removed. Just disregard and fence on the legal Right A Way and enjoy your day. P.S. Mo law states river gravel bars are part of the river and public as well.
