My mistake on the westbound span being replaced- it's the eastbound span. More info on the bridge through these links:
Wakota Bridge
The eastbound span was completed in March 2007 and there were plans to start on the westbound span. However, the construction company backed out of the plans and now it is uncertain when construction will begin. It is unlikely that the westbound bridge will be completed before 2010. More information soon.
