The most common name for this bridge is the Nicollet island bridge.

You can actually ride across this bridge now! The Northstar Commuter Rail train crosses this bridge just before its final stop at Target Field.

A small correction, if I may--the bridge was rebuilt as a deck plate girder bridge in 1926, but the through truss span wasn't added until 1963 to comply with new river navigation requirements at that time.
