Clarification to my previous post. The swing span over the Minnesota River was removed, but the fixed spans to the north remain, and are the ones being rebuilt. There is a pedestrian bridge adjacent to the current northbound highway 77 bridge (9600N) which provides a Minnesota River crossing.

This bridge was not removed, but has been closed for a number of years. The City of Bloomington has started a rehab project which will re-open the bridge for bikes and pedestrians.
