Vertical lift bridge with a Warren through truss for the main and approach spans Portal bracing for the vertical lift span is a 60 heel bracing and a 3-rhombus Howe lattice with 45 heel bracing.

This is the Canadian Pacific railroad bridge, former Milwaukee road, the DME uses this bridge but they are owned by the CP.
