The following is from the Carlton County construction program update, dated 5/24/2010:

Location: (14) Over Nemadji River (Sect 3-46-17)
Type of Work: Replace Bridge 4279
Status: Programmed for 2010 – Dependant on funding availability
Contractor: TBD
Remarks: This Project was added by the County Engineer to maintain the integrity of the roadway system and as a placeholder if/when bridge funding is available. The Program Year may be adjusted based on funding availability, priority and development capability. The portion of old CR 103 from CSAH 8 to the north line of Section 3/2-46-17 in Clear Creek Township is turned back to the township. Bridge replacement will take place under township jurisdiction using Town Bridge Account funds. Because of the Fracture Critical nature of this structure, it has a high priority on the funding list. Preliminary plans are under in-house review. Right-of-Way acquisition contacts are on-going.
