Technically, the other is the duplicate as this page appears to have been created first (this is BH 20080, that is 34753).
Upon a closer look, this also has one of the odder NBI data circumstances I've seen - both pages have their respective reports linked to them, but note the difference in dating (built 1924 and repaired in 1988, versus built 1930). How difficult should it be for them to figure out that one of the two would be wrong?

The two pages were largely identical, I deleted the other one as it had more problems and less discussion. I am not sure about the date but when I made my page for this bridge I went with the 1924 date mainly because an even date like 1930 often meant they didn't know, but 1924 would not be used as an unknown date.
