For your information, The Harvey Tunnel is featured in the French film, "Le Déclic", filmed in the Fall of 1984.

Anybody know what day in 1957 the tunnel was dedicated? Me and some of my friends rode our bycycles trough the tunnel on that day.

Two questions actually: 1.) How did someone build a tunnel in an area that is below sealevel?? 2.) Did the tunnel have any damage due to Katrina?? Thank you for your time to answer these questions.
