According to Appendix II North American Movable Bridge Listings of Movable Bridge Engineering by Terry L Koglin they were three railroad swing bridges in that listing crosses the Calcasieu River and years ago I had evidence about that bridge and lost it. However this bridge was used by the Kansas City Southern railroad but knowing this rail bridge was removed and no longer exist it was once in operation.

Make that, of course, "there" not "their".

As I type this, the bridge is shown on English Bayou, not the Calcasieu River, at an old highway crossing, not an existing railroad crossing. What evidence is their for the existence and location of this bridge? Might it be the bridge already listed, on the river, just north of I-10?
