the dude who asked how far the water is from the deck is not bright because the water level changes

How high is this bridge from the water to the deck? I am not fond of extremely elevated bridges. Could you tell me how long it will take to cross this bridge.

These GPS coordinates are inaccurate... they center on the railroad bridge to the norht of the LA 1 bridge.
