Iíve seen bridges like this before. There are quite a few that were built for the Iowa Central Railroad in Iowa around this time.

Okay, in a serious note, it is probably a modified Warren, but it is quite unusual and perhaps unique.

This bridge is an interesting structure. It has the basis of a Warren Through Truss but has also had the design modified, likely at the time of construction.

I have never seen this bridge, or a photograph of it. Based on the shadows in the latest Google Earth imagery, it may be a Lattice truss instead of a Warren truss.
