I highly doubt that this bridge was built in 1969. I think that it was built somewhere between 1994 and 1996. My best guess for this bridge is 1994, and then removed and bypassed.
I found it in the 2000 data.
For construction projects where a bridge is being replaced, if the bridge is closed to traffic during construction, sometimes the bridge will not be listed in the NBI for that particular year. This may be why you cannot find it. It will probably reappear next year as the replacement bridge.

I am not certain what happened to the original listing. I can't see it either, so it may have been purged. I did find the other K-153 NB Bridge just to the north of this one.
The railings don't look like 1969 but they may have been replaced at some later time. Underneath it looks like anywhere from the late '50s on.
