Description
This right of way was completed in the early 1870s. There are cut stones showing beneath the concrete on the west abutment and they may have had concrete placed over them later. The date and the abutment structure suggest that there may have been an early bridge that was later replaced and perhaps the grade raised to avoid the flooding common in this area.
