Status unknown. The bridge was extant in 1991 as shown by Terraserver, but does not appear to be extant in Google Earth, although a brown bridge with the floor removed is hard to see against a brown river. It has not been replaced by a UCEB.
I suspect that this bridge is lost. This is unfortunate as it was a rare example of a through truss built by Farnsworth and Blodgett and probably constructed of wrought iron.

The latest Google imagery clearly shows that this bridge is lost. A very similar, and slightly larger bridge remains in Fort Scott: http://bridgehunter.com/ks/bourbon/mill-creek/
