It is indeed AmBridge, and the plaque's shape is the same as the ones Lassig Bridge & Iron Works used, which means it's from their Lassig Branch/Chicago Plant.

There is a plaque on the south side of the bridge, right above the roadway. It clearly says that the bridge was built in 1900. I cannot quite make out the builder. American Bridge Co. perhaps?
