I canoed this stream (my 127th different in the state)yesterday from this bridge to it's termination downstream. The person who "shuttled" me and has lived in the immediate area for quite sometime said the bridge has been referred to as "Humpback Bridge". This would be perhaps a "local" name but if you look at the bridge it is in an open field area, easily visible from a distance and does stick out like a "humpback". Therefore the long time nickname.
