History
Part of former Erie Railroad which was double tracked. Rail lines are on separate grade elevations, with Westbound track right of way much higher and built 1911-1916.
Design
Looks to be a concrete arch, unlike nearby Eastbound track right of way which is of deck plate metal girder construction.
