Kankakee River Bridge
Posted August 7, 2010, by Ed Hollowell (erhollowell [at] aol [dot] com)

The July 1934 edition of Outdoor Indiana has a article about the bridge this bridge replaced and how the old bridge had been relocated during construction as a detour. The previous bridge was built in 1910 and was replaced due to its center pier sinking. Outdoor Indiana archives are on line at the Indiana University Digital Library Program site.
