That's fascinating to hear as I am also a distant relative of Daniel Boone.

The large and scenic cemetery on a hill overlooking the bridge is the Boone Hutcheson Cemetery. Susan Boone and her husband, William E. Rissler are buried there. Susan Boone Rissler is the daughter of Moses Boone and the granddaughter of Squire Boone, Jr. She is also the great niece of the famous hunter, Daniel Boone.
