I canoed this stream (Lost River) on Sunday March 20, 2011. I noticed a large, old stone bridge foundation on the North bank of the river. It is located aprox. 300 feet upstream from the SR 337 Bridge. I would presume there was at one time a one span iron bridge located here and probably the old SR 337 alignment or county road location before the present SR 337 bridge was installed.
