This bridge is part Citizens Gas Utility, and is monitored 24/7 by Homeland Security cameras. Police will be contacted if you are in the area.

Aside from launching a drone, does anyone know how to visit this historic structure without attracting police attention? Its listed as a "park" on google, but all land-based approaches appear to be fenced off?
