Built to cross Sycamore and the Kokomo Street Railways, this bridge was known for it's black block lettering on either side spelling PENNSYLVANIA out with the bridge painted silvery grey. Kokomo repainted in last 5 years and added outragous sign.

The bridge is now painted white and red with logos for Indiana University Kokomo.
