Abandoned concrete culvert bridge over County Road 800 West which is also Old State Road 13 on Formerly Conrail Railroad(nee Penn Central, Pennsylvania, "Panhandle") Line is abandoned.
Abandoned for many years after rail line abandoned, now removed as of April 2010.
Built to carry original State Road 13 under the once busy double track Pennsylvania Railroad's Columbus line. Highway now crosses over new alignment to East and Railroad has been abandoned for over 20 years.

The road underneath this concrete bridge was the original Highway route until a newer bridge was built East of here to carry SR 18 and SR 13 over the old PRR and C&O tracks, as well as the original route. Rail Line abandoned for over 20 years.
