It doesn't look too serious. The majority of the loading on that structure is taken by the top (compression) and bottom (tension) flanges of the main girders. The diagonal cross-bracing keeps things in alignment, but there seems to be enough to keep things in place.
Don't quote me on that, though. Diagnosing a bridge by website is like diagnosing a patient by phone call.
if you look at my pictures how serious is this bridge damage. it looks serious to me. i asked a local police officer and he said that the bridge is constantly ran into by tall veichles. Just curious what everyone else thinks.
