Appears to be gated now at State Road 62. There is a place to pull off and you might be able to walk to it if it's not marked as No Trespassing.

I have been in contact with my local library getting photos of old bridges in Clark county Indiana. Its amazing what you can find at your local library. Here is a photo that is owned by the Charlestown-Clark County Public Library of this bridge being built.

So I just discovered I had photos of this bridge, and that I took them with my old Camera, which if you have looked at some of the earlier photos I uploaded there was always a odd haze or something over them. So I decided to black and white them, just explaining whats going on with the black and whites.
