Description 

One of several very ornate "City style" bridges designed by Alvin J. Stewart who was the Ft. Wayne City Engineer, along with William H. Goshorn the engineer for Allen County. Unlike the remaining Wells Street Bridge that was built by the Wrought Iron Bridge Company, this bridge was confirmed to have been built by the Massillon Bridge Company.
